RETURN POLICY

stickandpick takes great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 3 days from the day of the delivery and we’ll gladly process any exchange or a return for a refund. You need to contact us by sending an email for prior approval on returns when posted back within 2 days after receiving your merchandise.

Exchanges
All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of RM160.00/item for shipping cost to the United States of America must be paid by the customers.

Refunds
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee from the purchase value (this fee covers our credit card, Paypal fees and other costs to restock each item). A refund will be issued within 72 hours after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take 5-10 days for the credit to show on your credit card statement (for thoose who made payment via Paypal).A processing fee of RM160.00/item for shipping cost to the United States of America must be paid by the customers.
