RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 3 days from the day of the delivery and we’ll gladly process any exchange or a return for a refund. You need to contact us by sending an email for prior approval on returns when posted back within 2 days after receiving your merchandise.

Exchanges
All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of RM160.00/item for shipping cost to the United States of America must be paid by the customers.

Refunds
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee from the purchase value (this fee covers our credit card, Paypal fees and other costs to restock each item). A refund will be issued within 72 hours after receiving the returned merchandise.
